Μάλλον θα αντικατασήσει τον Epson EH-TW6100W ενώ ένα από τα μεγάλλα του ατού είναι η ύπαρξη, ξανά, του lens shift στον οριζόντιο (24%) και κάθετο άξονα (60%).
Η απουσία του στον Epson EH-TW6100W ενόχλησε και δυσαρέστησε πολύ το φανατικό κοινό της Epson.
